New Patients
We are happy to welcome new
patients to our practice. It is
highly recommended that newcomers
set up an appointment so that we can
get to know your pet and have
previous health information on
hand. This is especially helpful in
case of an emergency. Our clinic maintains an appointment schedule so it is preferred that you make an appointment in advance. This helps to better provide
you and our other patients the time
they need with the doctor. However,
medical emergencies are accepted at
all times during business hours.
It is recommended
that you download and complete the
New
Client and Patient Information Form
prior to your visit.
Payments and
Financing
We expect payment for
services at the time they are
rendered. We accept Visa, Master
Card, checks and cash.
We are also able to
offer Care Credit, which is a line
of credit that can be used at
veterinary clinics. This is
especially useful for emergencies
and surgeries, but can also be used
for routine exams, vaccinations,
food and supplies. You may visit
their site at
www.carecredit.com, where you
can also download their
application. Our receptionist can
also help you apply for Care Credit.
We are unable to hold
or accept post-dated checks or offer
payment plans.
